PROPHET will develop to a new concept of flexible manufacture by means of dynamic reconfiguration of plant, making possible the implementation of new models of manufacture oriented to manufacture multireference of short lots. For it, use will become of digital solutions that allow the efficient implementation of robotisation technology/flexible automatization in models of production by product ranges, by means of automatic reconfiguration, as much of the systems of production management, as of the involved processes of manufacture.
The global trend towards the more and more customized product manufacture, with smaller and more and more complex service lives, forces to the industry to a change in the business model. This new paradigm of manufacture raises new challenges, between which is the implementation of new processes that force the development of a new concept of factory outpost, that allows to approach a model of efficient manufacture, agile and flexible. This concept must be especially adapted to a manufacture process multireference by product ranges, able to make new components of high added value.
Of this form, the implementation of new solutions of automatization for manufacture, that combine flexibility, agility, productivity, in a new approach of automatization that adapts to the production of a changeable product, will provide a competitive improvement when having an integral solution able to respond to the changeable demands of the production, by means of the reconfiguration of the productive systems and the innovating use of robots/machinery to shared work.
On the basis of this global necessity, PROPHET raises a solution that will allow to advance in the implantation of flexible systems of manufacture, concentrating in the demonstration of production in product ranges by means of dynamic reconfiguration of plant. PROPHET proposes the development and integration of tools for agile management of the production (MONTH) along with the implantation of new highly reconfigurable robotised solutions. These new robotised solutions will lean in innovating technologies of automatization centered in the people, allowing an interaction and more natural and safe collaboration between humans and machines, fomenting technological advances in security systems, autonomy of operation and interaction.
The concept will validate for operations of picking and manufacture of great pieces for the aeronautical and metallurgical sector.
In order to confront this ambitious challenge, a multidisciplinary partnership made up of 4 companies has consolidated, with the capacities and the knowledge necessary to cover all the chain with value with the project:
DGH ROBTICA, AUTOMATIZACIN Y MANTENIMIENTO INDUSTRIAL S.A., company leader of the partnership specialized in engineering of processes, integral maintenance of plants and first Spanish company in implanting a system based on collaborative robotics in automotion in Spain. It will act as robotic integrator within the activities of the project.
ONTECH SECURITY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, technological company specialized in the development of sensorizaci³n systems outpost, emphasizing its technology based on controlled magnetic fields (CMC) for detection of people, that will lead the development of the necessary sensors for the security of the space of shared work.
NoSoloSoftware Network LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, company specialized in development software the product in the industrial scope, that will be in charge to lead the activities of vertical integration of the developments PROPHET in the system MONTH.
SOFITEC AERO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, company dedicated to the development of integral solutions of manufacture of aeronautical components for international the aerospace industry, that as end user of the technology PROPHET, will validate the developments in excellent surroundings of demonstration.
The partnership counts on the support of AIMEN Centro Tecnol³gico, organization with ample experience in robotics, artificial vision and implantation of new control systems.
The project PROPHET, will be executed in Andalusia and Valladolid, tells on 1.2 a total budget of M¬ and is predicted that it finalizes in the 2020. Framed in call ERDF It interconnects 2018, it is subsidized by the CDTI and it is co-financed by Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within the Multiregional Operative Program of Spain 2014-2020, with the aim of harnessing the investigation, the technological development and the innovation.
